Only Jesus overcame Lucifer and defeated him. Lucifer is a fallen angel. Not only an angel, but an Arch Angel, mightier than any Angel ever created for Lucifer was the first ever Angel G-D Almighty created.

When pride entered Lucifers heart he said I will be G-D, I will be G-D, and The L-RD G-D said no you wont! And G-D cast Lucifer down from position from the heavens down to earth.

And Jesus said unto them, I beheld Lucifer as lightning fall from the heavens.

When Jesus said he beheld Lucifer fall, he used a word in Greek which is the word "Alisgema" in Strong's Exhaustive Concordance reference #234.
Alisgema means to defile oneself, to become soiled, and filthy.

Jesus said I was watching while Lucifer defiled himself in his wickedness, I saw his heart before he defiled himself, I had beheld it during his defiling himself, and I see it till this day, and it is bleak, it is utter depraved, and darker than the darkest night, so dark you can feel the evil of the darkness of his heart.

And you won't overcome Lucifer in your strength, so don't even try! You Must Rest In My Strength to overcome the death of sin, to overcome Lucifer you must abide in my love saith the King whose Name is the L-rd.

The might of one common angel is awesome! For we see the power of one common angel {not an Arch Angel} which walked through the camp of the Syrians and in one night just by walking through the camp he smote, and killed 185'000 Syrian soldiers, the Holy Bible says they were all dead.

That was only one single angel. And he was not even an Arch Angel.

And in Ezekiel 28 we see the colorful description of the creation of Lucifer as well as his fall from the heavens down to his final destruction which is to come.

You have been in Eden the garden of the L-RD G-D; every precious stone was your covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of your tabrets and of your pipes, and your musical instruments were created inside of you in the day that you were created.

You are the Anointed Cherub Angel that covers; and I have set you as so: you were upon the holy mountain of G-D Almighty; you did walk up, and down in the midst of the stones of fire. You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were created, till iniquity was found in you.

All they that know who you are among the people shall be astonished at you: and you shalt be a terror, and never shalt you be any more.

It is only by relying upon the Strength of the L-RD we will overcome all the power of the Enemy, and not by our own abilities. It is His Strength, we must trust him, walk in him, and remain in his word, for then only then will we be imbued with the authority which belongs to the L-RD of hosts.

So all of these Christians who sing about going into the devils backyard and stealing back all the things Satan has stole from them.

Stop it! Or you will get yourself killed!

This is your solemn warning to not tread with your feet where you do not belong. Do not overstep your dominion realm sons of Adam and Eve, for I gave you dominion over the earth, and not the heavenly realms.

You handle the demonic activities on earth by pushing back the darkness on the earth, and let my angels handle the fallen angels in the heavens. I AM Jehovah G-D Almighty, I AM is my Name.
