Henry Ford invented, created, and built the Ford Model motorized vehicle. When it is broke he knows how to fix it, and he is the only one who can tell others how to perform the necessary maintenance to complete the needed repairs to the broken vehicle to restore it unto its former wholeness, and perfect working order.

[17] For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord: because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.

I said all that to say the following. G-D is the Creator of all life and he created every human being. So when we become broken down due to a malfunction of sin, only he has the remedy.
He gave unto us the only manual, his only begotten son Emanuel, the only begotten manual to restoration for each and every human being that ever lived, is living, and will ever live upon the earth.
That is why he is the same both yesterday, today, and forever.
But G-D did something so wonderful. When he sent Jesus from Nazareth our L-rd to be our restoring redeemer, he taught us and gave us instruction. That instruction is the Torah which is the first five {5} books he gave to us by Moses.
That is the Manual to how we operate in total health, and perfect harmony with him as our G-D, and we as his Son. And though we have not largely recognized it, we are G-Ds Son spread throughout the entire planet earth although we are many members, yet we are one Son, for there is neither male, nor female definition to the Son for we are ALL One in Christ Jesus our arisen Saviour and L-rd.
And because Jesus came to heal the broken, the brokenness, and the brokenhearted, and to restore unto us health, back to perfect working order.
