And the four, and twenty elders officiate the procession of Saints as they come before the Throne to Worship the Ancient of Days who lives forever, and ever as they empty their golden censors of incense upon the Altar of Incense to offer the prayers of their brethren who yet are upon the earth.
They present the prayers of their brethren as they pour the contents of their censors upon the Altar of Incense every minute of every hour, of every day continually unending, and shall continue to do so until the end of the age when our L-rd Yeshua from Nazareth shall return to set up his Millennial Kingdom for the duration of one thousand years.
Then when that happens, the worship will extend from all of the Heavens to the earth, and all shall worship the L-rd in the beauty of his holiness.

Revelation 5:1-14* JCLHT*

And I looked, and I saw in the right hand of Him that sat upon The Throne a book written within, and upon the backside, sealed with seven seals. And I saw a strong Angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals of the book?
And there was no man in the heavens, neither upon earth, neither under the surface of the earth, who was able to open up the book, or neither to look within it. And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open, and to read the book, neither to look within it.
And one of the elders said unto me, weep not: look, and behold, the Lion of the Tribe of Y'hudah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. And I beheld, and, Lo, in the midst of the Throne, and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of G-D sent forth unto all the earth.
And then he came, and took the book out of the right hand of the Ancient of Days who sat upon the Throne, and when he had taken the book, the four beasts, and four, and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of the saints. And they sung a new song, saying, you are worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for you were slain, and have redeemed us unto G-D by the Spirit of your blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; and have made us unto our G-D kings, and priests: and we shall reign upon the earth.
And I beheld, and I also heard the voice of myriads of angels round about the Throne, and the beasts, and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand, times ten thousand, and thousands upon thousands; saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive authority, power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. And every creature which is in all of the heavens, and upon the earth, and under the surface of the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, blessing, and honour, and glory, authority, and power, be unto Him who sits upon the Throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. And the four beasts said, Amain. And the four, and twenty elders fell down, and worshipped Him who lives for ever and ever.
